My focus as an instructor is to lay the proper foundation in a pitcher to ensure that he is given the best opportunity to reach his potential. This also ensures that as a pitcher grows, he will minimize his chances of injury as his pitching velocity increases. I don't believe in a generic, one-size-fits-all approach for pitchers. Every lesson is tailored to that individual pitcher's needs. I believe a good pitching lesson is less of a lecture and more of a conversation.
Many of the players I've worked with have gained 10 mph on their fastball in a matter of months, while also improving their command and reducing strain on their pitching arm.
I am a former 3rd round draft pick with the Milwaukee Brewers and was voted by Baseball America as having the 2nd best fastball in the 2002 MLB Draft. I have played at all levels of the game and understand what it takes to succeed in baseball. I look forward to sharing this knowledge with you!
